The Stewart Street Studio - S3

An alternative to crowded, impersonal fitness facilities. Enjoy the privacy of your own studio in a beautiful, clean and funky facility located on Stewart St. near Kerr Street. It offers a spinner bike, free weights, medicine balls, wobble boards, body balls and of course your very own personal trainer.

Dragonfly Courses and Workshops

Dragonfly offers workshops on the body ball, core strength, body sculpting and Pilates in your workplace or home. Christine is currently teaching Pilates classes, Partner Fitness Workshops as well as Dragonflights. Please click here for the location and dates of these courses.

About Christine Fortier

Christine Fortier comes from a strong personal background in athletic achievement: a duathlete, long-distance trail runner, and a hiker. Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, a Cycle and Aqua Instructor, as well as a Certified Fitness Consultant. Christine has enjoyed successful careers in sales, event coordination, group instruction and public speaking.
